Have you ever felt like you understand yourself, but still can't seem to change?
Many of the women I work with are insightful, compassionate, and capable, yet find themselves caught in the same anxious thoughts, relationship patterns, or self-doubt. They aren't looking for a space to simply vent, they want to understand themselves and create lasting change.
I believe our symptoms make sense in the context of our experiences. Anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship struggles, and the effects of trauma often began as ways to adapt. Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken, it's about understanding why those patterns developed and helping you create new ones that better fit the life you want today.
I want to discover you just as much as you want to discover yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and conversational. Together, we'll get curious about the experiences, relationships, and core beliefs that have shaped your story while using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, attachment-based therapy, parts work, CBT, and nervous system regulation to help you move toward lasting change.
My hope is that every client leaves therapy feeling seen, heard, valued, and with a deeper understanding of themselves than when they walked in.
